Own core product features end-to-end. You will be the 6th engineering hire with direct influence over architecture. Stack: Python/FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery.

What we are looking for
  • 4+ years full-stack experience
  • Strong Python or TypeScript
  • Experience with async task queues
  • Understanding of email infrastructure (SMTP, SPF/DKIM) is a bonus

  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF)

  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines

  • Comfortable with data — you should love looking at dashboards
