Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through MailTantra ("Service"), operated by Marvonix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We want you to be confident that you can try MailTantra risk-free, and this policy reflects that commitment.

14-day free trial

Every new MailTantra account includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

  • During the trial you may send up to 500 emails to test deliverability, AI personalization, and campaign automation.
  • If you decide not to subscribe, simply do not add a payment method. Your account and all data will be deleted 30 days after trial expiry.
  • There is nothing to refund during a free trial because you are not charged.

Monthly subscription refunds

Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle.

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at billing@mailtantra.ai for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • After 30 days: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Partial-month credits: We do not issue partial-month credits for downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.

Annual subscription refunds

Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate.

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, contact us for a full refund.
  • 30–90 days: We will issue a prorated refund for the unused months, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • After 90 days: Annual plan fees are non-refundable. You may still cancel, and your access will continue until the end of the annual term.

If you are upgrading from monthly to annual, the 30-day refund window resets from the date of the annual plan purchase.

Add-ons & one-time charges

Optional add-ons (e.g., additional email accounts, extra lead credits, white-label seats) are non-refundable once the add-on has been activated and credits have been consumed.

If you encounter a technical issue that prevented you from using an add-on, contact support within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a credit at our discretion.

Exceptions & service credits

Service outages

If MailTantra experiences a platform-wide outage that directly prevents you from sending campaigns, we will issue service credits as follows:

  • 4–8 hours of downtime in a calendar month: 5% credit on next invoice.
  • 8–24 hours: 15% credit on next invoice.
  • Over 24 hours: 1 additional month of service free of charge.

Account terminations for policy violations

Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

Fraudulent purchases

If a subscription was purchased fraudulently (e.g., using a stolen payment card), the purchase is reversed via your bank's dispute process. Please contact both your bank and billing@mailtantra.ai immediately.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@mailtantra.ai from the email address on your account.
  • Include your account email and a brief reason for the refund request.
  • We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Stripe (our payment processor) may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your bank or card. MailTantra is not responsible for delays on your bank's side.
